You must register with USA Hockey prior to the seminar.  After receipt of your registration form and payment of dues, you will be sent a new rule book. You will be sent a link to the open book test. The test is 50 questions and will be graded within 24 hours of completion. You must complete online seminar modules which you will be given the link to after you register with USA Hockey.  If you are 18 or older you will need to complete the Safe Sport Module. You will also receive the link for this when you register with USA Hockey.  If you are 18 or older you will need a background check before you can take the ice for games.  That information will be provided on the HIHOA website.
